Upendra has over 20 years experience in managing, starting up and taking companies to profitability in several continents around the world. As President of Amisource he leverages this experience to help clients strategize and plan for success.

As Managing Director of the Board of Al Anwar Industrial & Trading Co SAOG, Upendra headed the largest publicly listed industrial conglomerate in Oman with subsidiaries manufacturing a variety of products including ceramic tiles, aluminum extrusions, power transformers, industrial abrasives and glass bottles.

In Canada, he set up the Canadian subsidiary for Livetechsolutions of Southfield, Michigan based Zaconta  Inc. and took it to profitability within three years. Zaconta was a provider of consulting and software services utilizing an on site/off shore model.

More recently, in 2003-4 as Vice President of Long Island, New York based License Monitor Inc. he helped the company convert a business plan into revenues with a client base that included some of the world's most famous companies.

His other stints include at the renowned 200 year old EID Parry Group in India as head of their Engineering and Bio-Medical divisions,head of materials management at one of the worlds largest bicycle manufacturers - TI Cycles (producing 5,000 bicycles/day) and Greaves Foseco Ltd..

Upendra graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras and holds an MBA from XLRI. He has obtained Certification as Lead Auditor under the ISO 9000 standard from KPMG Toronto and certification from the American Bureau of Shipping. He lives with his family in Toronto. His two children study business management at McGill University, Montreal and the University of Toronto respectively.

Gary Erlinger, Director & Advisor

Gary is founder of the Harbor Group based in Sausalito, California and is a respected member of the consulting community in the San Francisco and San Diego areas. He specialized over a long period of time in the selection of senior management executives for the digital technology industry - primarily for positions heading the financial and marketing functions. Clients who have benefited from his in depth knowledge and skills have included Sun Microsystems, eCapital and Digitas amongst many others. He has an enormous network of business associates in the area.

Prior to the Harbor Group, Gary was the Managing Director of the Zaconta operations on the west coast and had worked to nurture business with important clients like Wells Fargo in San Francisco. His responsibilities included heading the Client Service function for the emarketing and the outsourcing divisions of the company for the 100 man off shore development center based in India.

Gary has worked in major corporations such as Pacific Bell, Ralston Purina, Occidental Petroleum and Gardner Advertising. His work included heading the regional sales and HR functions in these companies.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Gary is now based in San Diego where he is able to dedicate at least a small part of his time to satisfy his passion for sailing his yacht which is berthed at Mission Bay in San Diego.

Gary graduated with a BS from St. Louis University in MO and holds an MBA from Washington University.
