In association with  its partner MGI Management Group International of Washington D.C, Amisource offers several specialized training programs for its clients.

Leadership, Team Building and Coaching:  This is a series of training programs of which the flagship program is The Coaches Conversation ®.  This is a program developed by  Prof. Allan Turowetz, a renowned expert in sociology. It is a research based, hands-on, training product that uses the very best critical thinking of today's leading management scholars in the field of High Performance Work Systems, specifically, team building. The program design integrates  business strategy and the execution of the game plan from the boardroom, to the front line of the store or the shop floor.

Prof. Turowetz has been a team building and motivational consultant both to the corporate and professional sports world since 1978. He has been team sociologist to the Buffalo Sabres and the Canadian Olympic Men’s Basketball Team. In the past two decades, Allan has published several works and has authored a number of diverse sociological texts.

Sales Training

Our sales training programs are designed for organizations seeking to improve the output and performance of its Sales teams. It provides an easy to understand analysis of the various components of a sales call with clients and prospects and provides sales persons with the tools to manage the sales process effectively.
